This ensures your towbar and accessories arrive safely, securely, and as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Please note all delivery timeframes are estimates based on information provided by our shipping partners. While we work closely with our couriers to ensure fast dispatch and delivery, delays may occur due to factors outside our control such as weather events, peak periods, or broader domestic and global disruptions.

  • Click & Collect – Unit 3, 206 Governor Road, Mordialloc
  • Standard Shipping – Up to 7 business days
  • Express Shipping – 3–5 business days
  • Super Express Shipping – Approximately 2 business days

 

Shipping Rates & Package Sizes

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order:

Small Packages (Up to 5kg)

  • Standard Shipping – $15
  • Express Shipping – $18

Medium Packages (Up to 25kg)

  • Super Express Shipping Only – $60

Large Packages (Up to 50kg)

  • Super Express Shipping Only – $90

Extra Large Packages (Up to 75kg)

  • Super Express Shipping Only – $90


Additional Information

  • All orders are dispatched as quickly as possible from our warehouse.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress.
  • Some larger or bulky items (such as towbars) require specialised freight handling, which is why Super Express is the only available option for these products.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, particularly for regional or remote areas.
