Towbars Direct Refund & Return Policy

Towbars Direct accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased in Australia. Please review the details below to ensure your return meets our policy requirements.

Eligibility

  • Only new products are eligible for return or exchange.
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories and documentation.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges are also accepted.
  • Returns can be made by post or in-store.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at sales@towbarsdirect.com.au to request a return or exchange.
  2. Approved returns via post require a return shipping label that you must download, print, and use (return shipping is your responsibility).
  3. In-store returns can be processed directly at our location.

Fees

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned products (non-defective).

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
