Towbars Direct accepts returns and exchanges for products purchased in Australia. Please review the details below to ensure your return meets our policy requirements.
Eligibility
- Only new products are eligible for return or exchange.
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories and documentation.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges are also accepted.
- Returns can be made by post or in-store.
Return Process
- Contact us at sales@towbarsdirect.com.au to request a return or exchange.
- Approved returns via post require a return shipping label that you must download, print, and use (return shipping is your responsibility).
- In-store returns can be processed directly at our location.
Fees
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned products (non-defective).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
